About Me

ben coyour

Walking alongside you.

Hi, my name is Ben. I'm a follower of Christ, husband, father of six, and a business owner. And a man who is daily learning to find his everything (hope, peace, and joy) in God.

I started this site because I've talked with too many Christian men who are quietly struggling with doubts they hide, faith that feels hollow, marriages that feel stuck, and temptations they battle alone. The unspoken weight so many of us carry. But this site is also for men who simply want to continue growing closer to the Lord and have a hard time finding biblical, grounded voices they trust online.

I hope this site feels like sitting down with a close friend over lunch. No performance. No pretending. Just an honest conversation about the real struggles we face and the God who meets us there.

Time is short.

When I was younger, I always assumed I had more time. As I grow older, I have come to a more sobering reality: each day is a gift from God.

When I looked closely at how I was actually spending my days, I saw the truth. I only have so much time to influence my family, friends, and the people in my personal mission field.

The question that haunted me was: What am I influencing them towards? Realizing life is not about me or hoping people remember my works, I focused on pointing those around me to knowing and loving their Savior, Jesus. Truly finding everything they need in Him. I had found a legacy to live out, one that was worth leaving, one that lasts into eternity.

That's where the concept of these 24 Hours came from. Every day is a gift. What was I doing with it?

Leave A Lasting Legacy:
My kids and I continue to restore my Grandpa's Buick Skylark convertible together. More than the car, he left a legacy of faith I now share with my children.

What will you do with

these 24 hours

you've been given?

God gives us 24 hours each day

What will you do with it?

My goal is simple:
To encourage you and I to live out the God-given purpose we were created for.

But here's what I've noticed: even in Christian culture, our purpose and the Gospel are being crowded out. Opinions. Noise. Division. Political allegiances. Cultural wars. We're so distracted by the loudest voices that we miss the simple, beautiful truth of who Jesus is, what He came to do, and how He designed us to live.

We need more grounded voices. Balanced. Biblical. Calm. Pointing us back to our Savior, who has the wisdom, truth, and hope we all desperately need.

Make Memories That Last:
Life is not about success or stuff. It's about relationships, invest in people, because that lasts forever.

You're not alone.

We don't actually know each other. And I'm not pretending my content is a substitute for real relationship with other Christian men.

But, know this: other men are working out their faith just like you. Going through the same sanctification process. Struggling with the same doubts, temptations, and quiet battles. We all lose our way at times. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, and one of his best tactics is simple: divide and conquer.

He wants you to feel isolated. Like you're the only one battling this. Like you have to figure it out alone.

But that's a lie. You're not alone. And you were never meant to fight this by yourself.

If any I created helps you draw closer to Jesus

then it will all have been worth it.
